Meet The Team

Joe has been in full-time ministry since 1984 when he began working with students as a Youth Pastor in New York City. He also served as a Youth Pastor in San Diego, California and in Arlington, Texas. He spent 17 years pouring his life into students, and still has a unique ability to connect with young people.

Pastor Joe planted Crossroads of Arlington and was the lead pastor of that church for 19 years. He has been leading Square One Coaching and Counseling since 2021.

I have been a Doctor of Physical Therapy for 35 years, with a career centered on caring for people: helping them heal, regain strength, and move forward in their lives. Through those years, God has continually shown me that true healing reaches far beyond the physical. It involves the heart, mind, and spirit. I have been married to Steve Bustos for 19 years, and together we have built a beautiful blended family. Through my marriage, family, career, and my own life experiences, God has taught me the importance of love, faithfulness, perseverance, grace, and forgiveness.
